Menu planning for me has mostly consisted of driving down the road and picking a place to eat. This has had it's obvious repercussions. Weight gain, Money problems, teaching the kids bad eating habits etc. Saving money has lead me to a new territory of planning meals, going to the grocery store and cooking. (I may call the fire department and give them warning) After two weeks of cooking and eating at home I have decided this is going to be a way of life for my family.
I have been searching the Internet for ways to make menu planning easier and came across this great free e-book. Click the link below to get your copy today.

Good Job Angela! It's such a loving act to cook for your family! And believe me when I say, homemade food definately helps with the health of the children! My 3rd son is VERY responsive to food and while I have never had him diagnosed for anything, my mommy instincts tell me to be careful with what I feed him. The less wholesome I cook, the more we eat out, the more contrary and sporadic his behaviors and emotions become! It's a good and honorable thing you are doing and as long as you add the secret ingredient: LOVE they are sure to gobble it up and appreciate it!
