If you haven't already, there's still time to head to your local library(s) and sign up for their summer reading programs. If there is more than one local library, sign up at each one. We found that they run their programs a bit different from each other which makes for more fun. You can sign up your child even if they can't read yet. It's a lot of fun for the kids to turn in their reading papers and get a prize.
Most libraries have some great summer programs that are FREE. You should check those out as well. head down to your library today and join in on the fun.
