KFFButton

Welcome to Kid Friendly Friday where I share anything that other parents might find interesting or useful.

I am excited to share with you a fun and simple craft project. I did this when I was a child, and it is so much fun.

Items Needed:

  • Paint
  • Decorations (paint, glitter, Stickers, etc.)
  • 1 Pencil
  • 1 Milk Carton
  • String
  • 1 Nail (or something to poke holes)
  • Bird Seed
  • Scissors

Directions:

  • Wash our your Carton, and cut holes on each side so that the bird can get to the food.
  • Decorate the carton as desired
  • Once dry, Poke a hole just under the openings on each side towards the bottom, and poke your pencil through so there is a perch on both sides.
  • Poke one hole on the opposite side of the lid, and place the string through that hole and the lid.
  • Add seed
  • Hang feeder in a tree and enjoy.

My kids had fun making these. We hung them around the yard, and have enjoyed feeding squirrels lol!!!
