I remember sitting down with a momma and listening to her talk about how desperate she was to figure out what to do with her toddler during “school” time. “Nap times do not work here, and we can’t get anything done without this child destroying something, climbing on the table, ripping school pages from our hands, and making so much racket that we can’t get anything done, what do I do”. At that time I was homeschooling 2 kids and had a 2 year old. I really didn’t see what the big deal was. I helped her formulate a plan, and come up with activities etc. I went over what we were doing to occupy our toddler.
Fast-forward to 2013. I’m homeschooling 2 1/2 kids, and have one toddler. I now get what the big deal was. This toddler while sweet and loving and cuddly is a monster when it comes to us trying to get school done. LOL. He is NOTHING like my previous toddlers were. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t have a clue what to do with him.

The title of this post is exactly how I'm feeling lately! I am in the same boat, even down to the previous ones being not a big deal at school time. Now I feel like all the things that worked before are no good. I'm not sure I have any advice for you. I'm still trying to figure it out too, lol. I guess I'm just hoping this phase will pass quickly. I decided that I should probably start trying to do some sort of tot school with him if I can squeeze it in anywhere.
