As everyone knows I do not like to cook. I tried to like to cook and I will cook, but the truth is I don't. My husband is a great cook and most of the time I don't have to worry about it. Then there are those days when my wonderful husband is at school or or work and I'm left to fend for me and the kids. through these times I have learned a lot of tricks to create meals that are easy and that the kids love. One of my favorite things to use right now is tortilla shells. Here are some fun things you can do with them.
1. Peanut Butter and Jelly Tortilla's:
Take two Tortilla Shells and add peanut butter and jelly, then put them together. I like to add a little fun by using cookie cutter to make different shapes with them.
2. Cinnamon Breakfast Tortilla's:
Take one Tortilla Shell and spread butter on it. Then sprinkle Cinnamon and Sugar all over. you can then toast it or put it in the microwave. Once it's heated up I fold it over and cut it into triangles.
3. Cheese Quesadillas:
Take two Tortilla shells, Spread shredded cheese over one of them and put the other on top. Place in microwave for 20 or 30 seconds then slice like a pizza.
4. Tortilla Pizza:
Take one shell and spread tomato sauce over it. Sprinkle shredded cheese over it, and put peperoni's on it. Place in microwave for one minute.
These are favorites among my kids. I hope you enjoy making them. I would love to hear your Tortilla recipes, you can leave them in the comments section.

I don't enjoy the whole cooking thing either. But one thing we do love to cook are chicken rolls.
We use old el paso fajita seasoning ( half a pack ) a package of purdue ground chicken and Kraft Mexican chesse mix. ( my hubby adds taco sauce and mexican rice ( microwave able kind ) sometimes I cook the chicken in the late morning so that I don't have to mess with it later on in the day.
