Do you have a hard time getting your child to eat veggies? I have one very picky eater, and I have been having a hard time getting veggies in him. Well, here is a great fun way to get around the veggie issue.
Ingredients:
- Almond Milk
- Banana’s
- Frozen Mixed Berries
- Carrots
- Vanilla Yogurt
Directions:
- Put a layer of frozen Berries in the bottom of the blender
- A thick layer of yogurt on top of the Berries (half a container)
- A layer of carrots
- A layer of Bananas
- 1 cup or so of Milk (really use as needed)
- If you need it to be more icy, add ice as needed
- Blend everything up
- Poor in a cup and serve
