Winter and the ADHD child

OK, typically I love winter but I have had enough! Christmas was wonderful but my house looks like three tornado's went through it. My daughter is out of meds. so she is SO hyper and moves from one thing to the next. She's so fast I can't even keep up with her. Yesterday we were doing her Master spelling test, the test where I make sure she knows all of the words that we learned this year. Well, she was done spelling over 300 words in less then 10 min. WOW! The boys are just as wound up. The boys have toys from one end of the house to the other. My normal solution has been to send them outside (Sammy excluded). Well it's to cold for that. What do I do I'm loosing my mind! LOL!
