Christopher has done such a great job at taking care of his glasses. Every night he takes them off and puts them in a safe place all on his own. I was so worried that he would not take care of them and that we would go through so many pairs a year that I would not be able to keep up. We are only a week in but Christopher has realized how much better he can see while wearing them. I am so proud of him. I just wanted to brag a bit.

That's GREAT! My seven year old should take lessons from him, LOL. He keeps loosing them under his bed and has broken a pair too. And has only had them since July!

Oh, I've been through this. My boy was just over 3 when he got his glasses and I worried so! The doctor was right -- he could see so well, he didn't take them off.
We got insurance and they made no money off us, though -- they replaced a number of bent and broken pairs. (I have FOUR sons!)
He's a doll.
